It’s time, however, for me to speak up on issues of politics and religion. People who know me well are aware of my personal beliefs around politics and religion.
There are many things going on in the world that should be spoken up about. Issues including border security, tariffs, gender identity, abortion, etc. are too important to ignore.
And, if you’ve made it this far in my post feeling uncomfortable about these issues or disappointed that this blog is taking a turn from running and mental health to politics and religion, I have two words for you:
